Nigerian artist Reekado Banks, real name Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, joyfully revealed on social media that he welcomed his first child with his partner on September 24th.
Celebrating the arrival of his new bundle of joy, he shared a heartwarming video of himself leaving the hospital with the baby in his arms on his Instagram story.
In a touching tribute, Reekado Banks also posted a photo of his late mother, who passed away two years ago, mentioning that she did not truly leave as she blessed him with his child on the same day.
He wrote, “Mother, Today, 2 years ago, we said our goodbyes but I see you never left. Cos, how’s it 2 years after I’m leaving hospital Thankful for the blessing of fatherhood”.
He then, penned appreciation notes to his woman, who carried their baby for ten months, praising her for her strength.
He wrote, “Nothing but appreciation notes to my woman for 10 months of absolute show of grit and strength, love, love, love you forever.
