Former United States President Donald Trump has officially announced that he will not be participating in another debate with Vice President Kamala Harris.
“THERE WILL BE NO THIRD DEBATE!,” he wrote in all caps on Truth Social, referencing the previous June debate with President Joe Biden as first, and the second as his Tuesday’s debate with Harris.
This decision comes after Harris’ campaign had issued a challenge for a rematch following their recent debate.
Trump initially hinted at his reluctance to engage in another debate during an interview with “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday, stating that he “probably” would not agree to it.
Now, on Thursday, he has confirmed his decision not to debate Harris again.
“When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are, “I WANT A REMATCH,” he wrote Thursday.
