In a ruling on Tuesday, a high court in Ikeja, Lagos State, mandated social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, to remove defamatory videos regarding human rights lawyer Femi Falana, SAN.
Additionally, the court ordered the critic to refrain from making any further comments about the Falanas.
Falana mentioned that he was resisting the urge to file a criminal complaint against VeryDarkMan for accusing him of assisting in obtaining a pardon for cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.
It should be noted that on September 24, 2024, VeryDarkMan released a voice call recording of Bobrisky discussing how singer Falz reached out to him during his imprisonment period.
In response to the allegations, the Falanas issued a letter requesting a retraction of the claims and an apology from VeryDarkMan within 24 hours.
