I’m from respectful family – Davido

During a visit to the Olu of Warri in Delta State, Afrobeats singer Davido, also known as David Adeleke, emphasized that despite his celebrity status and occasional missteps, he comes from a respectful family and had a proper upbringing.

“I was brought up by great parents. I come from a very respectful family but sometimes, as OBO [star], I may act out of place,” he said.

CREEBHILLS recalls that Wizkid recently shaded Davido’s family, claiming that the ‘OBO’ crooner wasn’t raised well.

“When u see people wey dem papa and family train, u go know! U don’t see my uncle dancing online!” Wizkid wrote on his X handle, alluding to Davido’s uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, who is known as the ‘Dancing Governor’ because of his numerous dance videos online.
