With a 2025 trial looming after being indicted on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution, Diddy’s personal and professional reputation has been tarnished as a result of the accusations, and it appears that those close to him are also feeling the heat.
Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former personal assistant who worked with him from 2021 to 2022, claimed the ‘Vultures’ singer drugged and sexually abused her at a studio session co-hosted by Diddy (born Sean Combs).
Combs is not named as a defendant in Pisciotta’s lawsuit.
The new accusations come as an amendment to her recent wrongful termination suit against West in which she asserted the GRAMMY winner subjected her to harassment via pornographic photos and explicit texts before her employment was abruptly brought to an end.
“As the plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” the updated complaints reads.
Sometime later, Pisciotta says West admitted they “did kind of hook up a little one time,” suggesting he was referring to the evening in Santa Monica.
“Women love to say they don’t remember,” she says Kanye replied after she admitted she had no recollection of the alleged sexual encounter.
Lauren also asserts this isn’t the first time she was subject to the rapper-fashion mogul’s sexual misconduct.
In July 2021, Pisciotta alleges West entered her hotel room and “attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into Plaintiff’s face” despite “her pleas to stop.” According to the plaintiff, he later acknowledged and apologized for this incident.
While Kanye has yet to make a public statement about Lauren’s latest claims, a legal representative for the 47-year-old not only denied Ms. Pisciotta’s initial set of allegations but also promised that the rapper-fashion mogul will be filing his own lawsuit against her.
