Paul Pogba, who is currently serving an 18-month suspension due to doping violations, has attracted the attention of the Major League Soccer franchise Los Angeles FC (LAFC).
This development precedes his anticipated return to competitive play in March 2025.
Notwithstanding his eligibility to resume participation next year, Juventus is reportedly seeking to sever ties with the French midfielder.
As per reports from Calciomercato.com and Tuttosport, LAFC has commenced discussions with Pogba.
Although Marseille has expressed a desire to retain him within Europe, opportunities from other regions, including Asia and North America, are also being considered.
LAFC may create room for the player by utilizing designated player slots, as contracts for Hugo Lloris and Carlos Vela are scheduled to conclude at the end of the year.
This situation may facilitate Pogba’s transition to Major League Soccer for the 2025 season.
