Ben Affleck spent his first Thanksgiving without Jennifer Lopez alongside his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, volunteering at the Midnight Mission in downtown Los Angeles.
The two 52-year-old actresses teamed up with their three children—Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12—to help serve meals to 2,000 homeless and near-homeless people at the organization’s annual Thanksgiving dinner.Wearing matching aprons, Affleck and Garner were observed whispering to each other and appearing in high spirits while serving their community.
An eyewitness reported that they dedicated three hours to the charitable event.
The volunteers worked side by side, demonstrating a united front in supporting local community needs, despite their past marital separation.
