Hollywood power couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have officially ended their marriage.
Court documents filed by Lopez in the Los Angeles Superior Court on January 6, 2025, confirmed that they had settled their divorce through mediation in September 2024, shortly after she filed for divorce.
Their divorce will be finalized on February 20, 2025, at which point Lopez will legally remove ‘Affleck’ from her name.
The couple will retain the profits from their own business endeavors and projects without having to provide spousal support.
Despite their split, they have agreed to remain a part of each other’s lives moving forward.
Jennifer Lopez, 55, and Affleck, 52, tied the knot in July 2022, but filed for divorce in August 2024, with their separation date listed as April 26, 2024. The reason for the divorce was cited as irreconcilable differences.
Affleck has children Samuel, 12, Seraphina, 15, and Freshly, 18, from his previous marriage. While Jennifer had 16-year-old twins, Emme and Max, from her marriage to her former husband, Marc Anthony.
