Man City finally set to announce Haaland capture, by activating his release clause

Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has acknowledged that the Premier League title may be slipping out of their grasp.

The manager experienced his first-ever four consecutive defeats as a manager as City was defeated 2-1 by Brighton.

Fabian Hurzeler’s team overcame an initial deficit to secure a victory. Joao Pedro equalized Erling Haaland’s goal, and Matt O’Riley scored the winning goal on his Premier League debut.

Following Liverpool’s 2-0 victory against Aston Villa, they moved five points ahead at the top of the table.

Guardiola commented to reporters after the match, stating, ‘After winning six Premier Leagues in seven years, perhaps it’s another team’s turn to deserve it this year.'”
