Kai Havertz, an Arsenal footballer, and his wife Sophia Weber are expecting their first child barely four months after marriage.
The 25-year-old German player announced the good news on Instagram Thursday afternoon.
In black-and-white images, the pair embrace, with Kai gently resting his hands on Sophia’s apparent baby bump.
The couple received congratulatory messages from Kai’s football colleagues, including Arsenal teammates Ben White and Martin Odegaard and Julian Brandt.
