At the event, the 46-year-old former beauty model proudly displayed her most recent facelift and 17th breast augmentation.
Katie appeared strikingly in a silver and gold form-fitting gown with a plunging cowl neckline and crisscross straps at the back.
The gown also had a high split, revealing her tattoos as she arrived at the location on London’s Embankment.
Katie wore glamorous makeup for the event, emphasizing her new pout with baby pink lipstick and long false eyelashes.
She completed her look with gold hoop earrings, a gold chain, and black sandals.
