Mohammed Kudus’ three-match ban has been extended to five matches

Kudus suffer red as Tottenham hammer 10-man West Ham 4-1

Mohammed Kudus, the Ghanaian midfielder currently playing for West Ham United, has received an extended suspension following a red card incident during a match against Tottenham Hotspur on October 19, 2024.

Initially serving a three-match suspension for the offense, which involved violent conduct against Spurs’ players Micky Van de Ven and Pape Matar Sarr, Kudus has now been handed an additional two-match ban by the English FA for improper conduct.

This means he will miss upcoming matches against Newcastle United and Arsenal, in addition to the final game of his original suspension against Everton. Furthermore, Kudus has been fined £60,000 by the FA for his actions.​
