She explained that actresses face high expectations to maintain their image, which can be exhausting. Okunzuwa emphasized the importance of self-investment, perseverance, and faith, viewing herself as a “work in progress.”

Discussing her transition to cinema, Okunzuwa revealed her determination to create opportunities for herself, leading to the production of her film Something Like Gold. Lacking a substantial budget, she relied on faith, hard work, and support from loved ones, making it a challenging but rewarding “labor of love.”
