Barcelona returned to La Liga form with a sensational 5-1 demolition of Mallorca at Son Moix, snapping a three-game winless streak.
The victory enhanced their position at the top of the table, expanding their advantage to four points over Real Madrid after two more games.
Ferran Torres, making his first start in two months, opened the scoring in the 12th minute following Johan Mojica’s defensive error.
However, Mallorca responded before halftime, with Vedat Muriqi tying the score and giving the hosts hope.
Barcelona took control after the break. Raphinha converted a penalty after Mojica fouled Lamine Yamal and later added his second with a clinical finish in the 74th minute.
Frenkie de Jong then notched his first goal of the season, easing the mounting pressure on him.
Substitute Pau Victor rounded off the scoring spree in the 84th minute.
