Chelsea’s winger, Jadon Sancho spoke out about having a lot of doubters to prove wrong.
The England international made the statement following Chelsea’s 4-3 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.
Sancho, who scored in the epic comeback win after being 2-0 down, expressed his determination to silence his critics.
“From day one, they made me feel welcome at Chelsea. I know that I have a lot of people to prove wrong.
“I’ve been working very hard. Let me say thank you to the staff and the team for believing in me and giving me this opportunity,” he told SuperSport TV.
Sancho joined Chelsea on loan from Man United last summer after failing to get regular playing time under former Red Devils manager Erik ten Hag.
