Uncle Waffles expresses her disappointment after a turbulent concert in Kenya. The South African DJ attended the For The Love of Amapiano (FTLA) concert in Nairobi, but things did not go according to plan.
Uncle Waffles claimed that her team was mistreated and that attendees were reportedly forced out of the venue with tear gas.
In a social media post, the Amapiano star criticized the event organizers and called on them to improve in order to prioritize the safety of her fans in the future.
“To the organizers, you have not only disappointed med, but you have also let down the 10 000+ people who came out in support of this event. I urge you to do better, if you have any desire to continue putting events together in the future,” she said.
