To clarify his name and address the uproar surrounding the N180 million he allegedly lost, VeryDarkMan went to Zenith Bank to collect his bank statement.
He posted a video of himself in the bank, revealing that he had just gotten an Amper, a gift hamper filled with holiday goods from Zenith Bank.
VeryDarkMan explained that he got the NGO’s bank statement from December 15th to December 30th. He stated that the total bank statement was over 2,000 pages long, but he would make the e-bank statement available.
As he reviewed the bank statement, he said the opening balance was N239 million, the total debit from the NGO account was N39,000, the total credit for the short period was N1.9 million, and the closing balance was N240 million.
He pointed out that the debits were mainly from the Federal Government of Nigeria for electronic money transfer levies. VeryDarkMan emphasized that there were no suspicious transactions or withdrawals, and the account balance remained consistent.
He further stated that he would make the e-bank statement available and that his account number remained the same. VeryDarkMan boasted about his transparency and integrity, claiming to be Nigeria’s most patriotic citizen.
In the video, he also criticized his critics, calling them “mumu” for thinking he would steal the money. VeryDarkMan expressed his confidence in Zenith Bank, saying that his money is safe with them.
He captioned the video with a brag about his integrity and how trustworthy he is, saying: “Here is the statement of account….Nobody in this country can brag with the integrity I brag with,I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN DO THIS….. VDM no get mate….i challenge any NGO TO DO THIS”
