Elsie Okpocha, the ex-wife of renowned Nigerian comedian Basketmouth, has alleged that he is preventing her from contacting their son via his phone.
The couple announced their separation after 12 years of marriage in 2022, but did not disclose the reasons for their split.
Recently, Basketmouth‘s actions have sparked dating rumors due to his social media posts.
Elsie took to Instagram to express her frustration over Basketmouth’s refusal to allow her to communicate with their 16-year-old son, as well as accusing him of obstructing her happiness.
Her post reads,“I need an answer. Is a mother supposed to have access to her 16yrs old’s phone????”.
“How are you still trying to frustrate her efforts cos she has decided to be happy?”.
“Tell me why a father should tell his son of 16 yrs!!!!!!16!!!!! not to give his mother his password?”.
