Karoline Leavitt, spokesperson for the White House, announced on Friday that the deportation flights of migrants have begun. She revealed that President Donald Trump is taking a strong stance on illegal immigration and is sending a message to the world.
Leavitt shared this information on her X account through a tweet, which included photos of detainees being loaded onto a US military aircraft for deportation. The destination of this particular group is unknown.
“Deportation flights have begun.
“President Trump is sending a strong and clear message to the entire world: if you illegally enter the United States of America, you will face severe consequences,” Leavitt tweeted.
Meanwhile, authorities have not made public the identity of the detainees.
On Monday, Trump signed an executive order suspending the Refugee Admissions Program, citing the US’s inability to accommodate large numbers of migrants and refugees. He has also pledged to deport criminal aliens in the country.
