Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah revealed that he voted for Vinicius Jr in the 2024 Ballon d’Or, despite not being included in the 30-man nominee shortlist.
The Egyptian decided to select Vinicius, because according to him, “he is the best player in the world”.
He told TNT Sports: ““Vinicius Jr is very good player, that’s why.
“He’s improving every year and hopefully he can continue… I voted for him because he deserves it.”
