A Delta Airline aircraft crashed during its landing on Monday, flipping over after departing Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and landing at Toronto Pearson Airport.
Approximately eight individuals were injured, with the severity of their injuries unknown at the time of the report by CBSNews.
The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA confirmed the incident involved Delta Air Lines Endeavor flight 4819, as reported by CBSNews.
In a statement, the body said: “AFA crew were working this flight. Reports are there are no fatalities. Please do not speculate on this incident as everyone works to gather information and support those involved.”
Airport officials say “all passengers and crew are accounted for.”
