The couple turned heads on the red carpet, with Censori wearing a daring see-through dress and clear heels, ditching her fur coat for the cameras.
The outfit left little to the imagination, leading to their abrupt departure that appeared to mimic the Vultures album cover pose.
Kanye West later shared a flat-lay picture of the offending dress, captioned: “Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful woman ever My love my best friend My wife.”
Despite speculation, CNN reported that the pair simply walked the carpet and left without any further incident.
Kanye West was nominated for best rap song at the star-studded event. The rapper was looking to take home his 25th gold-plated gramophone for his collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, Carnival. However, the award went to Kendrick Lamar’s smash, Not Like Us.
The outing marked West’s first time at the awards show in a decade. He last attended the Grammys in 2015 and hasn’t been back since.
