Brazil sack boss Dorival after Argentina defeat

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has terminated the employment of head coach Dorival Júnior following the team’s substantial 4-1 defeat to Argentina in a World Cup qualifier.

The announcement was made on Friday, three days subsequent to Brazil experiencing its most significant loss in the history of the competition.

In an official statement, the CBF articulated its gratitude for Dorival’s contributions and indicated that the federation would initiate the process of identifying a successor.
