The suit filed by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan from Kogi Central Senatorial District has been adjourned by the Federal High Court in Abuja to March 25, 2025.
The adjournment was due to the respondents not being served with the required documents.
Akpoti-Uduaghan sought to restrain the Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges from investigating her, and Justice Obiora Egwuatu barred the committee from continuing with the probe in a ruling on March 5, 2025.
