President Donald Trump stated that no judge has the authority to take on the responsibilities of the United States President.
He made this declaration on his official Truth Social account on Friday, warning that any attempt by a judge to do so would lead to chaos and crimes.
He wrote, “No District Court Judge, or any Judge, can assume the duties of the President of the United States. Only Crime and Chaos would result. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN”!
While Trump did not provide specific details in his post, it is likely related to ongoing conflicts within the country’s judiciary.
Since his return to the White House in January 2025, there have been several disputes between President Trump‘s administration and certain federal judges.
