Tech billionaire and head of the US Department of Government Efficiency, DOGE, Elon Musk is furious over the ongoing attacks on his Tesla company.
There have been multiple instances of vandalism targeting Tesla vehicles in the United States since Elon Musk took on the role at DOGE under President Donald Trump.
Properties displaying the emblem of the electric car company have been vandalized in various locations both in the US and overseas.
Although there have been no reports of injuries, Tesla showrooms, vehicle lots, charging stations, and privately owned cars have all fallen victim to these attacks.
Taking to his official X handle, Elon Musk stated on Tuesday that the shooting of Tesla stores and the burning of charging stations constitute acts of terrorism.
He wrote, “There is no doubt that shooting bullets into Tesla stores and burning down Superchargers are acts of terrorism”.
This statement comes shortly after President Trump labeled the perpetrators as “terrorists” and warned them of severe consequences.
