The controversial critic, Verydarkman, claims that DJ Tunez, who is closely associated with Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, and Terry Apala allegedly bribed the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) after being summoned for alleged naira mutilation.
In a video shared on Instagram, Verydarkman showed an invitation letter regarding the summons. He suggests that the EFCC is targeting celebrities and claims that DJ Tunez and Terry Apala complied with the letter.
According to Verydarkman, EFCC officials confiscated their phones upon arrival and pressured them to settle, referring to a recent scandal involving Bobrisky and the commission.
He alleges that the two individuals were taken to a location where they made a payment ranging from $5,000 to $6,000.
Additionally, Verydarkman accuses EFCC officials of misusing their power and expresses a willingness to be investigated by the commission.
“EFCC are very corrupt, the corruption has eaten them deep and a lot of them take advantage of their office to obtain young boys on the street and now, moving fast to start obtaining some celebrites”,He stated.
