“She’s Coming Back!” – Chef Dammy Begins Culinary School in Lagos, Sparks Cook-a-Thon Comeback Rumours

Chef Dammy

Adeparusi Damilola, popularly known as Chef Dammy, has officially begun professional culinary training at the Hospitality Business School in Lagos, nearly a year after her headline-making 120-hour cook-a-thon in Ilupeju-Ekiti.

Although her 2023 Guinness World Record attempt was not certified, the 25-year-old chef won hearts nationwide and is now hinting at a major comeback.

“She’s coming back for that world record,” one fan wrote, as videos of Chef Dammy in her new chef uniform began circulating online.

Chef Dammy’s journey has been marked by public support and controversy. In 2023, she announced plans for a 150-hour cook-a-thon, but the event was never confirmed. Earlier this year, she also filed a N10 million lawsuit over alleged rights violations during her first attempt.
