Drake has hinted that Justin Bieber is ignoring his request for a collaboration, leading fans to express concern over Bieber’s recent disheveled appearance and erratic behavior on social media.
Drake, a fellow Canadian artist, claimed that Bieber snubbed his collaboration request on social media, prompting fans to push for the two stars to work together.
Bieber took to Instagram over the weekend and asked his peers to contact him if they wanted to make new music, stating, “Dm me if u wanna make music together.”
But Drake suggested the younger star ignored his request, commenting, “I DM’d but no reply.”
Earlier this year, Drake released a collaborative album with PartyNextDoor, raising speculation that Bieber would be featured on the record. However, fans were disappointed when Bieber did not appear on any of the tracks.
Bieber’s last album, Justice, was released four years ago in 2021.
There are conflicting reports suggesting he may retire from music making versus reports he is preparing to release a new album in 2025.
