Kylian Mbappé, the forward for Real Madrid, expressed his inability to envision the team without Vinícius Júnior, amidst rumors that the two players may struggle to coexist in the forward line.
Mbappé’s transfer to Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain had raised speculation that Vinícius might depart from the Bernabéu.
Despite drawing interest from Saudi Arabia, Vinícius is now leaning towards signing a contract extension with Madrid.
“The relationship [with Vini] is good,” Mbappé told La Sexta.
“It’s normal that people want to talk about us, because we’re two famous players who can make a difference, but I came to Real Madrid with the idea of playing with Vini.
“I can’t imagine Madrid without Vini, I always had the idea of playing with him. We play well together.”
