‘One battle down, two more to go’ – Senator Natasha reacts as INEC rejects recall petition

Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Sexual Harassment Petition Against Akpabio

Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan, was pleased when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) rejected the petition for her recall.

According to INEC, the petition did not meet the constitutional requirements as it did not have the necessary number of signatures from registered voters in the constituency.

She expressed gratitude to Nigerians for their support and dedication throughout the process.

On her official Facebook page, the lawmaker wrote, “On God it’s victory for the people. One battle down, two more to go.

“Deep gratitude to my beloved husband, awesome support team, magnificent people of Kogi Central and great people of Nigeria at large.

“INEC Nigeria, you did well. Senator Natasha H Akpoti Uduaghan Proudly Kogi Central.”
