South African socialite and influencer Dineo Moloisane has finally addressed swirling rumors about her body, setting the record straight after a viral photo sparked speculation that she had undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
The photo — part of a recent Instagram ad campaign — quickly caught the public’s eye, with many questioning whether her curves were natural or surgically enhanced. But Dineo wasn’t having it.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, the confident beauty shut down the chatter:
“My a* is 100% real, so are my boobs,”* she wrote. “My a* will forever grow because it’s natural and it will forever match my thighs. I got it from my mama.”*
While she acknowledged undergoing a few cosmetic procedures — including a breast reduction, dental veneers, and post-pregnancy liposuction — she emphasized that her signature curves are the result of good genes, not surgery.
“Please respect me. This body? Genes, honey.”
“The reason my boobs are growing after my breast reduction is because the doctor said I have a lot of tissue… they are still going to grow bigger,” she added.
Dineo also took the opportunity to challenge unrealistic beauty standards, pointing out the irony of how society praises surgically enhanced bodies while criticizing natural ones.
“A lot of humans have made it a norm that a beautiful body is of curves that are on your shoulders and that is OK. When they see our natural curves seated where they are supposed to [be], they say our curves dropped,” she said.
“No honey, that’s a natural body… Leave us natural girlies alone.”
