Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray have announced the conclusion of their coaching partnership, which lasted for six months.
Novak Djokovic brought on board his former rival Murray as part of his coaching team before the 2025 Australian Open, where he made it to the semi-finals.
Initially, Djokovic expressed his desire to continue working with Murray until the French Open and Wimbledon, but they have decided to go their separate ways just 12 days before the start of the tournament at Roland-Garros.
“Thank you, coach Andy, for all the hard work, fun and support over last six months on and off the court. Really enjoyed deepening our friendship together,” Djokovic said.
Murray added: “Thanks to Novak for the unbelievable opportunity to work together and thanks to his team for all their hard work over the past six months. I wish Novak all the best for the rest of the season.”
