Ronald Fenty, the father of global music icon Rihanna, has sadly passed away. According to TMZ, Ronald died on Saturday, May 31, in Los Angeles, following ongoing health issues, though the exact cause of death has not been officially confirmed.
In photos obtained by the outlet, Rihanna’s younger brother Rajad Fenty was seen arriving at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday, May 28.
While Rihanna herself was reportedly in the same vehicle, she remained out of sight, avoiding cameras during the difficult time.
A Father-Daughter Bond That Withstood the Years
Despite their past public ups and downs, Rihanna and her father maintained a close bond over the years. Ronald was frequently seen supporting his daughter at red carpet events and was known for his proud and affectionate demeanor toward the singer.
