Controversial rapper Speed Darlington has finally addressed the swirling controversy surrounding him after a woman accused him of raping her 16-year-old daughter, a claim that sent shockwaves across social media platforms.
The allegation, which first gained traction following the release of a viral video online, prompted public outcry and calls for immediate law enforcement intervention.
However, instead of directly confronting the claims, Speed Darlington took to Instagram with a defiant tone, launching a ₦3,000 giveaway to 10 followers while simultaneously lashing out at bloggers and media personalities, notably Daddy Freeze.
In his post, he wrote:
“I no go do content again because you follow me? Who the f**k is you that I’m explaining myself to? You no reach. Thunder fire all of you bloggers. Especially Daddy whatever the hell your name is. My real fans, drop account number for ₦3,009 — 10 people.”
The post has sparked even more backlash, with many Nigerians accusing the rapper of deflecting from the serious allegations and mocking the situation instead of taking accountability or clarifying the claims.
As of now, Speed Darlington has not directly denied or confirmed the accusations, and law enforcement agencies have issued no official response.
