Adin Ross is letting his fortune speak volumes, having just purchased a jaw-dropping mansion in Davie, Florida for nearly $26 million. The Boca Raton native and popular Kick streamer managed to negotiate the price down by 20% from its original $32 million tag, making it the most expensive real estate transaction ever recorded in the western Broward County town, according to The Real Deal.
While Adin Ross secures a luxury upgrade, the sellers may have scored the real win. Aerospace industry executives Laurent and Laure Parelle originally purchased the undeveloped land for just $775,000.
The estate itself is an extravagant 11,325-square-foot home sitting on 10 acres. It boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, fountains, and a reflecting pool. Inside, the property features high-end amenities including a chef-style kitchen, home theater, spa, office, art studio, and a pool house.
Property records show that Adin Ross made the purchase through an LLC and financed the deal with a $12.7 million mortgage from Vaster Capital, putting down roughly half the purchase price.
At just 24 years old, Ross reportedly has a net worth of around $16 million, largely earned through his massive online following on platforms like Twitch and Kick, his boxing promotion ventures, and viral interviews with A-list figures such as Drake and Donald Trump.
