Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has expressed shock and concern over what she describes as the growing prevalence of lesbianism in Lagos State.
Taking to social media, the outspoken star shared her thoughts in a video that has since sparked a range of reactions online.
According to Anita, the dynamic of romantic relationships among women has shifted dramatically in recent times.
In a surprising twist, she claimed that men should no longer be worried about other men “snatching” their women, but rather be concerned about other women doing so.
“Abomination!” – Anita Joseph Reacts
In the video, Anita recounted an incident involving two women reportedly fighting over another woman. She described the situation as alarming and said it was a sign of deep moral decay:
“You people are sinning ooo in the city of Lagos. Girls are sinning ooooo!!! What is going on? Girls are doing something! Abomination!!! Now two girls are fighting for one girl. It is no longer girls fighting for boys, now it is girls fighting for girls. Girlfriend and girlfriend are fighting! Abomination!”
She added that the trend is disturbing and called on God for help:
“Now you don’t have to be scared of your woman following another man, you need to be scared of your woman following a woman! It is well.”
Online Reactions
Anita’s comments have triggered a wave of mixed reactions on social media, with some users agreeing with her concerns and others accusing her of being judgmental or tone-deaf in an evolving society.
