Former Big Brother Naija housemate and actress, Bamike Olawunmi Adenibuyan (Bambam) is facing criticism online over her outfit at her daughter’s recent graduation ceremony.

The reality TV star and her husband, Teddy A, were all smiles as their first child, Zendaya, graduated with honours and was crowned the Overall Best Graduating Student at the Abraham Lincoln American Academy.

Sharing videos from the proud moment, Bambam captioned one of her posts:

“This is what dreams look like in uniform.”
She added that it was an honour to “watch her daughter rise, shine, and soar.”

While many fans flooded her comment section with congratulatory messages, others — especially self-appointed fashion police — criticized the outfit she wore to the event. The actress’s attire, which revealed part of her cleavage, drew backlash from some social media users who felt it was inappropriate for a school function.

This isn’t the first time Bambam has sparked headlines in recent weeks. A few weeks ago, she opened up about the painful experience of childbirth and the harrowing postpartum complications she endured.

She revealed:

“My kidney failed, my heart became weak, my liver and everything shut down… My daughter’s placenta had already detached during labour.”

The mother of two expressed deep gratitude to God for saving her life during the ordeal, saying each time she looks at her daughter, she’s reminded of that miracle.
