Former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama delighted fans by sharing a rare new family photo in honor of their daughter Sasha Obama’s 24th birthday.
The heartwarming picture features the entire Obama family — Barack, Michelle, Sasha, and Malia — smiling with their arms around each other. Barack kept it casual in a white polo and gray slacks, while Michelle and their daughters wore elegant sundresses.
In his birthday tribute on social media, the 63-year-old former president wrote:
“Happy birthday, Sasha! Watching you grow into the incredible woman you are has been a true gift. I’ll always be proud of you and will always be here for you.”
Michelle, 61, posted the same photo, adding:
“Happy birthday to my sweet girl, Sasha! Can’t believe how quickly time has flown. I’m so proud of the woman you’ve become. Love you always!”
Since their White House years, Sasha and her sister Malia Obama, 26, have kept relatively private lives. While Malia has stepped into the film and television industry, Sasha remains largely out of the public eye, rarely appearing at events or in media.
