Club World Cup 2025 Winners to Wear FIFA Badge for Four Years Until 2029

The winners of the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will enjoy a unique honor: wearing the prestigious gold champions badge for four years, until the next tournament in 2029.

FIFA confirmed to ESPN that with the revamped 32-team Club World Cup set to debut in the United States later this month, the upcoming winner will wear the commemorative crest until the next tournament cycle — a rare four-year window.

This shift marks a significant moment in FIFA’s club competition history and adds extra prestige to the trophy ahead of this summer’s expanded tournament.
