Crystal McKinney, a former model and recent accuser of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, has now filed a lawsuit against disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein, alleging he sexually assaulted her and a friend in a New York City hotel in 2003, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
Originally filed anonymously on February 28, the lawsuit claims that a modeling agency executive arranged a meeting between McKinney and Harvey Weinstein under the guise of a “potential business opportunity.” The meeting, according to the complaint, was pitched as a chance for McKinney to “make it big” by connecting with Weinstein.
In the lawsuit, McKinney recalls the executive crudely telling her, “Don’t fk him until he puts you in a movie.”** While she admitted the “crass comment” left her “bothered,” she said she was still intrigued by the idea of collaborating with what was then considered “the biggest producer in Hollywood.”
Harvey Weinstein has denied all allegations. His attorney told Fox News:
“Harvey Weinstein categorically denies the outlandish and fantastical claims made against him by Crystal McKinney in her complaint.”
The statement continued:
“Made late in time and suspiciously on the heels of her complaint against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Mr Weinstein is ready to refute and defend against the salacious claims, that are believed to have been made with an opportunistic motive.”
McKinney had previously filed a lawsuit against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in May 2024, in which she also accused the rapper of sexual assault.
