Yinka Theisen, the estranged partner of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has announced her decision to take a break from social media, citing overwhelming toxicity on the platforms.
In a recent post, Yinka stated that the level of negativity she has encountered online is beyond her imagination, prompting her to step away for a time to focus on her well-being.
Her announcement comes shortly after Linc Edochie publicly ended their relationship. The actor cut ties with her following her controversial decision to share the phone number of May Yul-Edochie—Linc’s sister-in-law—online, a move that sparked backlash.
Yinka did not specify how long her social media hiatus would last but emphasized that the break is necessary for her mental health.
