Lionel Messi, the legendary Inter Miami forward, has shared fresh insights about his approach to the upcoming FIFA Club World Cup, marking a new chapter in his illustrious career.
Set to kick off the tournament at Hard Rock Stadium against Egyptian giants Al Ahly, Messi expressed excitement but admitted that his mindset is not the same as in previous Club World Cup appearances with FC Barcelona.
Messi’s Fresh Perspective on Club World Cup Duty
Speaking in a recent interview, the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner said:
“It’s a beautiful tournament. It’s exciting to be here, to play in it. But it’s with a different mindset than when I played it with other teams. Still, I’m full of energy and hope, looking forward to competing against the best and performing well.”
