“Tinubu’s Second Term Is “Heaven-Approved” – Prophet Samuel Ojo Warns Opposition to Back Down

Tinubu orders suspension of cybersecurity levy

Popular Nigerian cleric and General Overseer of Freedom Apostolic Revival Ministries (FARIM), Prophet Samuel Adebayo Ojo, widely known as Baba Authority, has declared that no political alliance or human effort can stop President Bola Ahmed Tinubu from securing a second term in 2027.

Speaking during his church’s monthly prophetic vigil, Night of Secret (Oru Asiri), held in Ibadan, Prophet Ojo proclaimed that Tinubu’s second-term bid has already been sealed in the spiritual realm, regardless of opposition unity or public outcry.

“No matter the noise or alliances, President Bola Tinubu is destined to rule Nigeria for a second term. Heaven has already endorsed him. Those who are planning otherwise are simply fighting the wind,” he declared.

Known for his unapologetically bold prophecies, Prophet Ojo urged politicians plotting against the president to abandon their plans, warning that divine purpose is at play.

“Those who seek to unseat him through manipulation, blackmail, or conspiracy will scatter. God is not through with him yet. There is still work he must complete for the nation.”

His prophecy comes at a time when political tension is rising ahead of the 2027 general elections, with several opposition parties reportedly exploring a grand coalition to challenge Tinubu’s leadership amid criticism over economic hardship and insecurity.

Despite these concerns, Prophet Ojo maintained that Nigeria’s future is tied to Tinubu finishing his “divine assignment.”

“You may not like the man, but he has a mandate from above. His second term is not just politics—it’s prophecy.”

Mixed Reactions

The declaration has triggered diverse reactions online and within political circles.

  • Supporters of the president welcomed the prophecy as a divine affirmation of Tinubu’s leadership.

  • Critics and opposition supporters, however, dismissed it as another instance of religious figures meddling in politics to gain relevance.

As Nigeria inches closer to the next electoral season, Prophet Ojo’s words are likely to spark fresh debate over the intersection of faith, prophecy, and politics in the country.
