‘Youngins’ Confirmed for Third and Final Season on Showmax

Great news for fans of Youngins — the hit teen drama will return for its third and final season! Stars Kealeboga Masango (Buhle) and Toka Mtabane (Khaya) made the exciting announcement during Youth Day celebrations at the Zone 6 Venue in Soweto.

“So, we might be dropping a Season 3 of Youngins,” Kealeboga teased, revealing the secret they’d been keeping.

Set in the fictional Olifantsfontein High, Youngins tackles real-life challenges faced by South African teens, from peer pressure and relationships to identity and family struggles.

The Showmax series has been praised for its authentic storytelling and relatable characters.

Speaking about the show’s impact, Masango shared, “The show tells real stories about what teenagers actually go through. It’s changed my life — finally, our stories are being told in an honest way.”
