Anita Okoye, the ex-wife of Nigerian music star Paul Okoye (also known as Rudeboy of the defunct P-Square), has taken to social media to celebrate a special milestone—the 8th birthday of their twins, Nathan and Nadia.
Marking their “golden year”—turning 8 on the 8th—Anita shared stunning photos of a magical birthday getaway aboard the Disney Wish cruise ship, where she and the twins are currently enjoying time in the Bahamas.
“It’s TODAY!! Golden year magic for my golden twins! Nathan & Nadia turn 8 on the 8th!! Their golden year begins with sunshine, sea breeze, and a sprinkle of Disney magic aboard the Disney Wish,” Anita wrote on Instagram.
She added:
“Double the joy. Double the love. Double the adventure.
Happy golden birthday to my incredible twins! May your lives always be filled with love, laughter, and light… Mama loves you endlessly.”
The celebratory post featured cheerful images of Nathan and Nadia enjoying the ocean breeze on the cruise deck.
Background on Anita and Paul Okoye’s Separation
Nathan and Nadia were born in 2017, during Anita’s marriage to Paul Okoye. The couple’s marriage officially ended in 2022, with Anita citing infidelity, separation, emotional abuse, and absentee parenting in her divorce filing.
Following the court ruling, Anita was awarded custody of the children, a monthly settlement of $20,000, and a share in Paul’s properties.
Although the former couple initially maintained a cordial co-parenting relationship, reports in late 2023 suggested a potential fallout after Paul allegedly gifted a second U.S. mansion to his now-wife, Ivy Ifeoma, whom he married in May 2024. The couple recently welcomed a child together.
Despite the split and public scrutiny, Anita has continued to celebrate her children’s milestones with love and joy.
In 2023, she hosted a U.S.-based party for their 7th birthday, and this year’s golden celebration drew warm wishes from fans and celebrities alike.
