“I Haven’t Been Able to Sleep” – Khosi Twala Calls Out Packaging Company Over R15K Order Delay

Khosi Twala Calls Out Packaging Company Over R15K Order Delay

Big Brother Titans winner and entrepreneur Khosi Twala has spoken out about a distressing business ordeal that has left her emotionally exhausted and fearing she may have been scammed.

In a heartfelt video posted on TikTok, Khosi revealed that Packaging House Express, a South African packaging company, failed to deliver a crucial order for her fitness brand, Active Lifestyle, despite receiving a payment of over R15,000 in May.

“Guys, whatever you do in life, don’t be the reason why people feel like they’ve been attacked by the devil,” she said, visibly emotional.

Missed Deadlines and Sleepless Nights

According to Khosi, she paid for the order on May 15 with a clear delivery date of June 5. But weeks passed and the packaging never arrived. Even as July began, there was still no sign of the delivery.

“They kept coming up with excuses. Literally, we are in July and they still have not delivered, and the worst part is that people are waiting for their orders,” she said.

Khosi also disclosed that her team had to fall back on old packaging materials to fulfill customer orders, derailing the new product launch that was meant to debut with fresh branding.

“I am unable to sleep because people spent their money to support my brand. I feel like I’m letting them down,” she added.

Allegations of a Scam

As frustrations mounted, Khosi questioned the company’s credibility after noticing that they continued to post upbeat content online with no public mention of the delays.

“They said their equipment was broken, but they never announced that on their social media. I’m thinking, is this a scam?” she asked her followers.

In the TikTok video, she even mentioned the alleged owner of the company, expressing disappointment and confusion over the entire situation.

“I spent R15,000 on this order and I’m starting to realise that I’m not gonna get it,” Khosi said. “Imagine begging people for a service you’ve already paid for — for two months.”

Company Responds: “It Was R10K, Not R15K”

After Khosi’s emotional video went viral, Packaging House Express issued a public apology, denying any fraudulent intent. They claimed the order was actually valued at R10,000, not R15,000, and blamed a broken industrial printer for the production delay.

“The delays were not intentional or due to negligence,” the company stated. “Our team is working hard and doing our best. We understand Ms. Twala’s frustration and are prioritizing her order to ensure it is completed and dispatched by next weekend.”

Despite the apology, the incident has sparked a larger conversation about accountability in small business services, and the emotional toll it takes on young entrepreneurs trying to grow their brands.
