Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, and their two sons, RZA and Riot Rose, recently traveled to Barbados to attend the funeral of her father, Ronald Fenty.
According to TMZ, the funeral took place on Tuesday, July 8, at the Garfield Sobers Gymnasium in Barbados. Photographers captured the emotional moment as Rihanna arrived at the service wearing a creme-colored gown, black sunglasses, and her hair in an elegant updo. She was seen holding her youngest son, Riot Rose.
A$AP Rocky followed closely behind, dressed in a gray blazer, khaki pants, a white button-up shirt, and black sunglasses. He held their older son, RZA, as they made their way into the venue.
After the service, Ronald Fenty was laid to rest at Christ Church.

As previously reported, Fenty passed away on May 31 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Initial reports indicated he had been suffering from an undisclosed illness. However, a subsequent update in June revealed more detailed findings. According to TMZ, Fenty’s cause of death was attributed to “cancer, pneumonia, and other serious illnesses.”
It was further disclosed that the official ruling listed “acute respiratory failure, pancreatic cancer… aspiration pneumonia, acute renal failure, and acute tubular necrosis” as contributing factors.
The ceremony marked a somber and private farewell, as Rihanna and her family came together to honor and say goodbye to her father.
