Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, has been found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, in violation of the Mann Act.
The convictions relate to the transportation of former partners Cassie Ventura and another woman referred to as “Jane.”
However, Combs was cleared of the more serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, which had drawn widespread attention during the trial.
The verdict marks a significant moment in the legal battles surrounding Combs, who has faced multiple civil lawsuits and mounting scrutiny over the past year.
