Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has officially received Spotify’s prestigious Billion Streams Plaque after her hit collaboration ‘Wait For U’ with Future and Drake crossed 1 billion streams on the platform.

With this milestone, she now joins fellow Afrobeats stars Wizkid, Rema, and Tyla as recipients of the highly coveted streaming plaque, further cementing her status as a global force in music.
